West Stanly teacher faces sex charges

A West Stanly High School teacher has been arrested and charged with taking incident liberties with a student at the school, authorities said Thursday.
Police arrested Marko Little, 27, and charged him with four counts of taking indecent liberties with a child and four counts of taking indecent liberties with a student, Stanly County Sheriff's Office Major Terry Blue said.
Little, also the school's baseball coach, is accused of assaulting a 15-year-old West Stanly High School student, Blue said. A time frame of the alleged assaults was not given.
Stanly County School officials contacted investigators last week, officials said.
Little was released from Stanly County Jail after posting a $10,000 bond, jail authorities said.
