The Hickory Ridge girls soccer team shut out Central Cabarrus 6-0 in nonconference play Monday.
Ashleigh English scored three goals, and Kristen Smith, Jessica Smith and Christine Lutz added one each.
Kristen Smith had two assists, and English and Meagan Thayer had one each.
Sharing time in goal for the Ragin' Bulls (9-2) were Liz Thompson and Kristin Boice.
