The A.L. Brown tennis team edged Central Cabarrus 5-4 Monday in nonconference play.
Leo Brigato, Paul Flowe and John Cramer won singles matches for A.L. Brown.
Martin Rushing, Quentin Vandenburg and Zack Hipley won singles matches for Central.
The Wonders won Nos. 1 and 2 doubles with the teams of Brigato-Kyle Moore and Flowe-Cramer.
Vandenburg and Eli Lowder won No. 3 doubles for Central.
