E.Z. Smith to be honored Saturday

A tribute to E.Z. Smith is to be held on Saturday at 6 p.m. at Concord High School's Rimer Gymnasium.
Tickets, which cost $25, can be ordered by calling 704-786-4161.
You may also stop by the school to buy a ticket. Operating hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
Information is also available at the Concord High School Web site.
The event is a fundraiser for the building of Concord High School's Community Wellness Center.
Smith, who was the Spiders' head football coach for 29 years, resigned in January.
