Hickory Ridge routs Wonders

The Hickory Ridge soccer team cruised to an 8-0 win over A.L. Brown in South Piedmont Conference play on Tuesday.
Ashleigh English scored three goals for the Ragin' Bulls, while Kristen Smith had two goals and one assist.
Christine Lutz added a goal and two assists, while Kirstin Long, and Sam Creswell also scored goals.
Megan Scheuerman, Meagan Thayer and Cecileigh Wirth each chipped in one assist.
Liz Thompson and Kristen Boice combined to record the shutout in goal.
Hickory Ridge (6-0, 5-0) travels to Jay M. Robinson for a nonconference game at 6 p.m. today.
Hickory Ridge won Tuesday's junior varsity game 6-0.
