Parking restrictions still in effect for Bell Game

KANNAPOLIS - Parking restrictions around Memorial Stadium will still be in place for the Battle of the Bell game Friday night in Kannapolis.

Due to construction around the campus many of the designated parking areas are not accessible. This has increased the number of vehicles parking on the streets. The residential streets around the stadium are not wide enough to allow parking on both sides of the street and still accommodate the passage of emergency vehicles.

In an effort to ensure public safety parking will only be allowed on one side of the street. Temporary signs and markings will be in place as a reminder that parking will only be allowed in designated areas. Following these guidelines will help keep the roads open for emergency personnel.
