Parking changes announced for Wonder games

KANNAPOLIS - Starting tonight, there will be parking changes for Kannapolis Wonders football fans parking around Memorial Stadium.

Kannapolis Police are only allowing parking on one side of the street. The roads in the mill village around the staidum are not wide enough for emergency vehicles to get through. Construction on the school's new science wing has taken up a lot of designated parking for the football games.

Police will set out temporary sign and marking to show fans where to park and to help keep the streets clear.
