KANNAPOLIS - The David H. Murdock Research Institute is opening the doors to the Core Research Laboratory to explain just what scientists are up to in that big building in downtown Kannapolis.
Starting next Tuesday, the public can attend a lecture series with DHMRI scientists to learn about the basics of proteomics, genomics and what exactly a NMR does and how the technology in the Core Lab is used to make advances in agriculture, human disease and nutrition research.
The classes begin at 7 p.m. each Tuesday, running through November at the Core Lab. Space is limited, so sign up at 704-250-2600 or e-mail workshops@dhmri.org. Visit dhmri.org for more information.
