COMING WEDNESDAY: Northwest student goes to Paralympics

In Wednesday's edition of the Independent Tribune:

- A Northwest Cabarrus student goes to the Paralympics in Vancouver, British Columbia to take part in activities two weeks after the Winter Olympics closed.

- Residents in Harrisburg Town Center tell the town council they want to pay the same water the rest of the town does.
