A Concord man wanted on a charge of violation of the sex offender registration laws-failure to notify of change of address was arrested Friday in Tennessee after police received a Cabarrus Area Crime Stoppers tip.
Ronnie Guido, 23, with a last known address of 95 Glen Rae St. SW, Concord, was arrested by U.S. Marshals in Tenn., according to a press release. He was arrested after an article ran in the Independent Tribune in January stating deputies were seeking Guido.
Guido has been a registered sex offender since a 2006 conviction of kidnapping against a minor.
