e-Editions on your Android tablet
The Independent Tribune is now available in application “App” format. This means you can view the e-Edition on your Android tablet. Below are instructions for getting started
The Independent Tribune's Android app allows you to read the Independent Tribune on your Android just as it appears in print. You can flip through pages and skim headlines just as you would with the printed newspaper in your hands. View articles, photos, games and comics with easy-to-use touch navigation.
Installing the Android app
You can download the App from Android Market for free by doing a search for the Independent Tribune. While the app is free, a subscription to the e-Edition is required to access content.
Q. What is the difference between the e-Edition and the print edition of the Independent Tribune?
A. The e-Edition is a replica of the print edition of the Independent Tribune. It contains all the content found in the newspaper, although it may not contain all the advertising inserts.
Q. Are the Sunday advertising inserts available on the e-Edition?
A. As inserts become available in an electronic format, they will be added to e-Edition.
Q. When I open a story in e-Edition, what are my viewing options?
A. You can view stories in two ways. Flip view will display the story just as it appears in the newspaper, with columns and photos in place. Articles view will display the story as a text document with the photos at the bottom of the article. You can switch between views easily.
Q. Can I download the entire paper as a PDF?
